Ask Metro Fire provide routine service and
maintenance and can discuss what options are
available for any upgrades that might be necessary.
A building warrant of fitness is a written statement
provided by a building owner, confirming that the
systems outlined in the compliance schedule have
been maintained, checked and passed in
accordance with the compliance schedule.
Ask Metro Fire can issue the annual Building Warrant
of Fitness certificate (Section 108, Building Act 2004)
co-ordinate testing and inspections to meet the requirements of the Compliance Schedule; liaising with other service providers relevant to the renewal process and submitting documentation to the Territorial Authority on behalf of the Owner/Representative.
Included in the warrant renewal Ask Metro Fire prepare a one off Building Safety Manual custom made for each site to record inspections/repairs to the specified systems.
